A Bulgarian mom who contacted me some days ago is in need of a good lactation consultant in the area of Oslo - she lives in a small town nearby (Drøbak), but is willing to travel for a consult.

After a difficult birth baby boy was very jaundiced and below discharge weight on day 11, mom's nipples were in a very bad shape and she is able to pump only very little milk despite pumping 8 times a day for the last 14 days - 20 ml total from both breasts per pumping using an Ameda Egnell Elite. Baby is 1 month old now.

She and I will be very greatful for suggestions whom she may contact.
