about the earlier post wondering about castor equi for sore/ cracked
nipples. Yes castor equi(ne)
is a Wonderful remedhy for sore nipples.  it is hard to come by however- at
least in the charlotte area. It is used in the 30c strenght. If it is really
bad use a 200c. If you read latin yes, it is horsenails.
 start with 5pellets under the tongue every 2hrs for 6hrs. then change to
same #of pellets every 4 hrs for 24 hrs then 3-4 x daily. You may need to
switch remedies after a day or two depending the pain and the healing. I
would suggest byronia or graphites.
