With a little research, I was able to answer my own questions and wanted to
share this info with you. The 1991 competencies are now known as "Standards
of Practice" and they were updated in 1999. For any of you who are
interested in them they appear very readily on the ILCA web site. Sorry I
hadn't checked ther first!
