I would suspect that at least part of her problem could be lactation
amenorrhea.  I know we are supposed to limit personal info, but I had
lactation amenorrhea for 27 1/2 months and was having tests to find out
what was wrong.  But obviously other things are going on too, with the
long-term depression and other mental health related s/s.
