Here it seems lots of mothers (and even their pediatricians) think their breastfeeding problems are because the baby is getting too much foremilk.  So they keep the baby on one breast per feeding to be sure they get the hindmilk, or go to a more aggressive block feeding.  Usually the problem is not enough milk.  The treatment exacerbates the problem. 

My head is bruised from banging on the brick wall.  I want to know how the human race has survived if the all-important hindmilk is so elusive.
