Someone kindly pointed out that earlier tonight I said:

when in fact Montreal is part of LLL Canada Français. Sorry, but yes, I
am geographically challenged. :-)

My basic point remains the same, however, that guidelines and procedures
for some aspects of LLL meetings can vary from place to place.
