Dear Friends:
    I wonder if women who offer this type of challenge are doubting
themselves so much that they really believe nothing can or will work.
    I am working with a woman like that now; questions every single word I
say. She's with her second baby; her first died at 22 weeks. She drove the
nurses into withdrawing from her in the hospital with her constant need for
reassurance. Poor thing.
