Could someone who is familiar with CPT codes email me privately?  For the
most part, I do not do private insurance billing (cash practice--yes, it is
possible to make a living doing it this way);   I do fill out the forms when
patients choose to submit bills and then their insurers want info.

I already have a primary and secondary ICD-9 code for this case, but am
clueless about what they want for a CPT code.  TIA!
