Winnie,
We have a price that is set by the hospital "formula" for anything that is
put on the hospital bill (such as breast pump kit for NICU mom). If that mom
goes home with a rental pump, we go thru our retail store. We have a separate
retail store with different acct number for anything that is sold directly to
the patient--paid by cash, check or credit card--the store does not bill
insurance co. Of course we have to collect sales tax for everything sold thru
the store.
