description of how she begins a consult and how she begins the job of
establishing the trust with a new client.  Reinforces for me how badly I
bulldoze into those kind of situations sometimes!  I do hope your clients
all appreciate how very lucky they are to have you as their lactation
consultant with all your many years of knowledge, wisdom and sensitivity to
offer.
