I thought someone would have a creative solution to nursing in a moving
car, without endangering mom or baby.  Here's my way:  use hand pump (while
someone else is driving :-) and feed baby a few ounces until you can stop
safely.
  Funny story, driving alone with baby, screaming on turnpike.  Get pulled
over for speeding.  As soon as he heard screaming, and I told him I was
hurrying to get off next exit to nurse, he sent me on my way - not even a
warning.
