Dear Friends,
I have a mother that suffers from recurrent vaginal yeast infections. 
She is terrified of getting thrush. What are we suggesting for mothers 
who have a tendency to yeast over growth? I did suggest a live culture, 
multistrain, probiotic.
Any other ideas would help. I don't know if the suggestions in my old 
Breastfeeding Answer Guide Made Simple are still relevant.
