Perhaps if it was worded:
                 Caution: Infant formula is potentially a disadvantage
                  to the health of babies in the first 4-6 months of life.

The nonzealots would find it more acceptable and yet it still should command
the attention of the reader.  This wording is still strong yet not as
forcefull as the original wording.

My opinion and 2 cents worth
