That's a new one on me -- and I usually am pretty up to  date on Dom.  
Someone awhile back mentioned that Dom is more of a problem  with the IV 
formulation -- just wanted to mention that was taken off the market  in 1984.  So 
really shouldn't be an issue in 2015....
 
I'd love to really know the back story on Dom and why  it is being 
demonized....I think I do know, but....
