Here's an article about the concerns women prenatally have about
breastfeeding. One interesting find was that providers seemed to assume that
well-educated, middle income women "do not need further counseling" and will
get what they need for help "however our data suggest otherwise".

This is from the Journal of Midwifery & Women's Health - apparently Wiley
has taken over publication of this journal and this is a special deal, to be
able to view some articles online for free.
