I think one of the reasons powdered formulas don't contain cream is that 
putting the milkfat into powdered form oxidizes the cholesterol.  So this isn't a 
healthy form of cholesterol to put in the formula.  It is still concerning 
that they replace the milkfat with vegetable oils, however.  Another great reason 
to breastfeed.
