Hello, Micky.
       The correct spelling is Isovue, and it's listed in Hale under the
generic name iopamidol.  It is not necessary to avoid bf for 3 days.  Hale's
information, as well as information from Dr. Jack Newman (his information was
forwarded to Lactnet with permission in a post from Barbara Latterner on Feb. 11,
2004), states that very little of the medication is expected to be excreted
into breastmilk, and virtually none of the iodine is bioavailable.
