Fenugreek is an herb commonly used by people with diabetes. Research has
shown that it improves overall blood sugar control, blood sugar elevations
after meals, and cholesterol levels. Because it lowers blood sugar, if a
person has diabetes, they should monitor blood sugar levels closely while
taking fenugreek to make sure they're taking the proper dosage of insulin.
If the mother no longer has any blood sugar issues, she should not have a
problem taking fenugreek.

Subject: Fenugreek/diabetes

I have read that diabetics should not take Fenugreek.
Would this apply to someone who WAS a gestational diabetic, but whose blood
sugar is now under control without medication?
