I don't know that there has been any definitive study comparing goat's rue and fenugreek. This is anecdotal info only. There have been very few studies of any kind on herbs and human lactation and those that have been done are very small.

Subject: Goat's Rue

I am interested in finding out more about Goat's Rue as a galactogogue. I know that 3-4 cups of tea daily can bring up a mom's production better than fenugreek but I'd like to find out how effective the capsules or liquid drops are, compared to the tea, and the dosage.
Thanks,
