 I have often described engorgement to moms as, "every fluid in your body
decides to come to your breasts to help" - the third spacing and circulatory
overload that you're describing.
Now I need to print that out and think about how it will continue to affect
my practice.

By the way - I saw an interesting case of bilateral nipple rings this week.
Maybe I'll get inspired to write you guys the details....
