The sad part is no other hospital position has this requirement.  Do
radiologists also have to be med/surg techs, 'just in case' they need to
take them out of radiology to help in surgery?  Do respiratory therapists
need to be trained as dietitains in case they need help feeding the
patients?  This 'rule' only applies to the hospital LC's no other hospital
worker would stand for it.
