Barbara, thank you for correcting me.   But I hope it was clear that my
example was rhetorical.   We all know people who are very bf-wise who for
various reasons have elected not to become certified.   Kay turns out to be a
poor example of that, but I think the idea of uncertified wisdom as being,
well, uncertified wisdom is still pretty clear.    I hope Kay (if she's
reading) took no offense, as I certainly meant the opposite! and that my
point was clear despite the error.
