I replied to the survey. It seems to be paid for by either Medela or Gerber 
by the questions asked (my opinion). Very benign type stuff, rate how you 
think a company supports bf, rate how well certain pumps work, tell them 
which products do you recommend. Did this about 2 weeks ago, have not 
recieved my check for $30. The WEIRD thing was they want either RNs working 
in labor and delivery, childbirth educators, or "certified lactation 
consultants." I thought this was weird, you could check off that you were 
"CLC" or other, which I checked and wrote in IBCLC. Made me think they were 
clueless....
