        Although the message was a little brief,  I assume you were asking
as to whether Inderal(propranolol,   a beta blocker) was safe to use in a
breastfeeding mom.   Of the beta blockers,  propranolol is perhaps the
safest to use in a BFing mom,  the daily intake in an infant is
approximately 0.01 to 0.16  mg/day which is considered clinically
insignificant.  Propranolol is commonly used to treat
thyrotoxicosis(tachycardia, etc) associated with elevated thyroid levels.
One thing that is important,  is to never Abruptly remove the patient(mom)
from propranolol,  but instead a slow withdrawal process is required.

        Observe the infant for sedation,  weakness,   hypotension,  all
classic signs of beta blockade in your patient.
