If your uncle works for them and says they have sold themselves to
Nestle, he may be right.  Check with Infact Canada <[log in to unmask]> (not
the web page, as it takes time to update).  They may know something.

Nestle will soon own everything, but they do not own Cadbury yet as far
as I know.
