  my experience is that there is an emotional etiology to delayed or absent
mer - in cases where we can rule out pathology.

  may be you coulkd get her to "think" out what is "stressing" her. I do not
tell moms what I suspect is going on but I will tell them that there is often
emotional issues that need to be met and come to term swith.
