Martha:  The LLL APL for Oregon is Chris Mayou in Stayton. She is on LN,
but I don't know her status.  I think she would be a good contact for you.
I know longer have the APL files here at my house.  I'm posting this so
that others know if this type of thing comes up, professionals can contact
their state/area "Area Professional Liaison" for LLL. : )
