Dear Tina, my first thought is why not wait and see what happens.  The
breast changes in 15 years and during current pg may make a big difference.
 Just be prepared, monitor baby carefully and let baby nurse ad lib, see
what s/he gets!  P.S. another Q.  Does she have any sensation in nipples at
