Of course! I would not suggest the mother dress and undress the baby 
for frequent weighings. What a hassle!! I can imagine what the mother 
might think if this was expected of her :)

But there again, UK practice is not to suggest or do test weighing , 
and mothers almost never weigh their babies themselves, so it would 
not arise.
