Your posting about the incision-less treatment of a breast abcess was very
interesting, and much less invasive.

I recently had the opportunity to consult with a mother who had not
successfully managed engorgement for her 1st and 2nd children...and
developed abcesses both times which "required" cutting, leaving her with
nice scars. This time I showed her how to hand-express and she is bfding
successfully. What a joy!
