Naomi menmtions her new year's resolution to have materials translated for her organization.

Leaven, LLLI's journal for Leaders, 2010 Issue 3, mentions United Nations Volunteers:

Leaders in Latin America used this service for their translation needs.

Also, you could try using a freelance hiring resource, such as Elance and oDesk, to hire translators. You can usually find someone to meet any budget.
