Well, gee, don't I feel stupid.  It never occurred to me than anyone would
describe the "Baby-Friendly" designation as an "award from the United
Nations."  Especially since BEING Baby-Friendly is an-going process, not a
one time "good job" sort of pat on the back.

I was really hoping that the UN had some new appreciation for the importance
of breastfeeding.
