I agree with what you said I would say.

Dexamethasone (decadron) is probably the least worrisome of the drugs.
None is particularly worrisome, but phenobarbital can sometimes cause
problems.  It has a very long half life in children, and though only
a little gets into the milk, it might accumulate.  Follow baby's blood
levels.
