Melisa,
My family uses rice milk (in cereal or smoothies and such), but rice milk
does not substitute for soy as a protein source. It is actually quite low in
protein. Rice milk has 1 g protein per serving, whereas soy milk has 7-9
grams. I recommend it to moms who are transitioning from cow's milk or for
cooking, etc, but not as a protein source.
