Hello- my name is Angela and I am a registered dietitian and breast feeding support counselor in Austin, TX.  

I am a SAHM to our 3.5 y.o. son, and I work PT in the evenings at a kidney dialysis unit (my specialty for the past 11 yrs.)   

I have had TDH Phase I and II courses and am in the midst of changing my focus from dialysis (very REactive ........ and sad to deal with) to breastfeeding support (very PROactive and a joyous activity to support!!)   Currently, I have an outreach to neighborhood and fellow  moms at my church who are bf'ing ......... or who are pregnant and considering it!)

I have a 37 y.o friend in Lithia, FL (suburb of Tampa) who has just had surgery for a very recent dx of cancer.
My friend has a 4 month old daughter and was nursing exclusively up until the time of the surgery last week- now formula feeding- but wants to have assistance with desire to return to bf'ing dau.  May be looking at chemo and/or radiation in the near future.

I'm in Texas- she's in FL .......... besides my support by phone, would like to have a "local" contact name to offer to her.
