Sonya,

I do remember years ago hearing Peter Hartmann talk about this.  The mom had overactive milk ejection reflex – and thought it was also with oversupply.  When she went to block nursing her baby’s weight gain stopped.  She had a low storage capacity with the overactive milk ejection – so even through it came out quickly her baby had to nurse both breasts frequently to get enough.
