  I don't teach nurses about breastfeeding, but I found your email  
inspiring. Getting past the defenses is the only way for people to  
hear what we have to say. You get past the defenses to people being  
angry at the poor education they have received. Then they not only  
hear what you have to say, but they are engaged in making things  
better for the new mothers they work with now. And you do it all with  
sensitivity and humor. Thanks for sharing with us.
