I read an article about Brooke Shields and she was breastfeeding. In fact
she resisted weaning when it was suggested to her. She said it gave her a
connection to her baby. The hardest thing to get through to some Mom’s is
that they have to rest when the baby does, and that they can nurse lying
down, (and maybe even co-sleep!) Much of the discussion in my prenatal
breastfeeding classes is how to rest and keep visitors away.
