Needs a second opinion and a breast surgeon familiar with lactating breast. 
Milk won't go anywhere in just 4 days (which proves surgeon doesn't know 
much about the lactating breast!) Has she has ultra sound, or other imaging? 
Good breast surgeon here (2nd opinion)  nixed a biopsy on a mom post 
mastitis. She needs more time to find out what is really going on.   Pat in
