Over the years I changed from ''benefits of BF'' to ''disadvantages of not BF''.
A couple of weeks ago I had a talk for a BF class for pregnant teens and teen
moms. I choose to take the ''risks of ABM'' mode this time. The first question
after I finished came from one of the moms (15 mo artificially fed baby): ''Why
didn't my HCP know all this you've told us today? It would surely have changed
my mind!''
She didn't feel guilty for not BF, she was angry and disappointed in her HCPs!
