Susan,

Are you familiar with the BFAR list (Breastfeeding After Reduction)?
You may get some answers to this question on there.   I have a friend
here who had an ultra sound done on her breast to assure that there
were indeed intact milk ducts.  She also was producing colostrum from
about the 4th month on.
