Dear Dr. Armeni,

If this is a similar drug to Filgastim, and it almost certainly is, then it
will not get into the milk, being too large. So there is simply no issue,
none at all. Furthermore, as the oral bioavailability is zero, even if some
did get into the milk, the baby would not absorb it.
The mother should continue breastfeeding in full confidence that her baby
will not receive any of this medication.
