I have just searched the archives with no results. I have a Mom that del.
8/15/02. Baby never latched in the hosp,so she went home with an EBP with
double kit. Has been pumping every 2-3 hours, is of course exhausted, and
discouraged. Presented in the office today crying and asking for help. She
told me she gets about a TSP. of EBM with each pumping. I do not know
anything about the relationship between fibrocystic breasts and the inability
to produce milk, if there is such a thing. She has given me permission to
post. There is no known history of infertility or thyroid problems. She says
she is gong to continue to pump at least 8 times a day, keep well hydrated,
and rest. Thank you for your help! We did discuss galactagogues as well.
