   .. it can go something like this.. this is very abreviated.... When faced
with this,. I pull ALL the reseach and write to inform/share information
making sure that my suggestions are well documented.

    I do have a physician that I have these battles with.... we often agree
to disagree... but he is well aware of my stance and what I will say to his
patients... we have grown over time to be able to talk about most of our
disagreements... even when he says he won't change his practice... My thought
is poco a poco...

     your patient, mrs....., contacted me with concerns that she might
have...... I refered her back to your office ......she has call me again
concerned that the medication that you have persribed does not appear to be
helping.

    As x% of asscess formation comes following incomplete mastitis treatment
( see attched article). I have suggested that Mrs. s.... do x, y nad z .  I
would like to share some of the corrent literature on the treament of
mastitis.
