I apologize for the mass mailing but I just expunged the virus w32.Yaha.F@mm from my computer- only after it crashed my operating system, corrupted my McAfee Virus Scan and made me reformat my hard drive. Norton found it, McAfee could not-probably because the worm corrupted it. Took me almost 2 months to find the darn thing.

This is a mass-mailing worm which send itself to all email addresses in the Address Book and that is why I am letting you know. If you are getting a lot of weird messages with attachments or flashing "screensaver" messages or if your internet connection is acting funny or very slow, you are probably infected.

This is the Norton site for the removal:

You can down load a free copy of Norton's virus scan for a 15 day trial.
Also, if your virus software finds the virus, you should still run a removal tool to undo the damage which it has done.

Nice Christmas present (-sorry.)

Take care,
Kate McIntosh and Scott Barkdoll
