I always tell moms that it is a good trick to learn!  You may forget your 
pump, but you always have you hands with you :-)
Actually American women (how's this for a generalization?) don't like to 
<gasp> touch their breasts.  We like to keep everything at arms length, 
hence EBM, baby coaches, strollers.  Sad commentary on us. Pat in SNJ
