hi!
I like to recommend the "be free" nipples-I don't know if they are available in the U.S. but they are here in Israel.I find that its the best thing around for paced bottle feeding.(I always get these phone call from parents-even after I tell them so If I'm sure a bottle feed should take 20-30 minutes...)It's also relatively soft and easy for baby to flange lips on the base of nipple without gagging.
