Ahhh,  if you just click on the link as it appeared on Lactnet, the last
number (4) was cut off, so the link defaults to the year 2000, rather than
2004.  To have the correct link, just make sure when you paste it, the last
part reads "04/24/04", not "04/24/00"

Or if you search the archive yourself, the publishing date is Saturday,
April 24 2004.
