I have a question about the baby not gaining - actually losing - weight.   Wanted to clarify about the one sided nursings two feeds in a row - why?  Will more frequent feedings at each breast lead to increased production.  Babe can "finish" 1st breast and then be offered the 2nd.  From what I am reading the baby is signaling to feed all the time and wanting to suck because she is probably hungry - though obviously getting enough to get by on if she is pooping well and no other major signs of trouble.  As long as latch is comfortable and deep and the tongue curling is under control, maybe all she needs is unrestricted access to as many breasts as she wants.
