I agree this sounds like vasospasm, possibly atypical. Here are some brainstorming ideas.

- wool breast pads

- warm air via hair dryer on low

- nipple shields during bf

- nipple shells (to cover and protect nipples from clothing) between bf's

- some type of medicine (antidepressant) or homeopathy that decreases nerve pain
